SPY TOUR of Washington.

| |
(Fairfax, VA - August 17, 2000)
On Saturday September 2, 2000, from 9:00 AM
to 3:30 PM, the Cold War Museum will host
their "Spy Tour of Washington, DC." The cost
is $35 per person. Seating is limited so reservations
must be confirmed and paid for by Friday September
1, 2000.
Since its earliest days, Washington, D.C.
has been the scene of international intrigue,
espionage, and intelligence activity, as the
U.S. Government has tried to learn the plans
of other countries while keeping its own plans
secret. Key players in this non-ending drama
include personalities as diverse as Rose Greenhow,
Herbert Yardley, Major General "Wild Bill"
Donovan, and Aldrich Ames. This half-day bus
tour will introduce you to many of the locations
in and around Washington that have been associated
with intelligence and counter intelligence
activities for the past two hundred years.
Some walking is required.
